To organize support requests and help you better, we use a support ticket system.

We have also created a knowledge database (FAQ), which is constantly being expanded. Before you create a ticket, you should take a look at the knowledge base and see if there is already an answer to your question in it.

Each support request is assigned a unique ticket number, which you can use to track progress and answers online. For your information, we provide a complete archive and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a request.
